Privacy & Text Messaging Terms

Strahm Holiday Lighting ("we") installs holiday lighting in the greater Phoenix metro. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the terms for text messages we send.
What we collect
- What you give us when you call, text, email, or fill out our quote form: your name, phone number, email, address, photos of your home, and details about the lighting you want.
- Basic technical data any website receives, like your browser type. We don't use advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
Only to respond to you, prepare your quote, schedule and perform your installation and takedown, and follow up about your service. We do not sell or rent your information.
Who helps us
We use a few service providers to run the business, and they handle your information only to provide their service to us: Twilio (phone calls and text messages), Anthropic (an AI assistant that helps reply to texts), Formspree (our quote form), Google (email and business phone), and Cloudflare (website hosting).
Text messages
When we text you. If you call us and we miss your call, or you text us, we'll text you back about your request: to collect the details for your quote, and to schedule and follow up on your service. Some of these replies are written by an automated assistant; Jude follows up personally.
Frequency. Message frequency varies with your conversation, usually a few messages per request.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out anytime. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or call (480) 648-1727.
No sharing. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How long we keep it
Text conversations are deleted from our texting system after 30 days. Customer records (address, what we installed, how we labeled your lights) are kept so we can reinstall them next year. Ask us and we'll delete yours.
